What are the shipping times of your products ?

We need 1 to 2 days to process your order and 1 to 5 days to deliver it.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

We primarily ship to Greece.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Athens, Greece, and our warehouse is also in Greece.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, we will send you the tracking information via email once your order is processed.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order.

I received a defective item. What can I do;

We are very sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the faulty item to support@hairvanaboutique.com, and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I have not yet received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs inspection. If you feel you still need help tracking your package or wish to be informed further, please contact us by email at support@hairvanaboutique.com.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online purchases. If you wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course proceed with the return, as long as the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the products concerned are not on sale.
